Open year round, the cottage is located in Charlevoix, three kilometers from the small riverside town of Baie-Saint-Paul and thirty meters from the mighty St. Lawrence River. House and site have an exceptional 180 degree view of the village, the bay and the open sea, as well as private access to the water’s edge. The interior space is designed for comfort. Two bedrooms, each with a large bed (queen), as well as a divan in the living room, can accommodate five people. The house is equiped with two bathrooms. 

As the property borders the river, life unfolds to the rhythm and sound of the tides. This proximity to the shore makes it a rare and cherished location. Surrounded by century old cedar trees, the cottage offers both great privacy and far reaching views of the sunset, mountains and open water. Baie-Saint-Paul, where nature and culture blend, in the heart of magnificent Charlevoix County, is one of the most popular tourist regions in Quebec. Featuring restaurants, shops, museums and galleries, hiking, ski slopes and snowshoe trails, as well as visits to local producers. The slate is vast, varied and tempting. Back from your wilderness or cultural outings, you’ll be happy to find the calm, beauty, relaxation and comfort that are the hallmarks of our Prés Salés. In winter, you can take in the spectacle of the ice spanning across the bay with your feet up in front of our wood stove. In summer, you can eat, read or daydream on the screened-in veranda.
